(4) Privacy policy for the use of Facebook plugins
4.1 Plugins of the social network Facebook, provider Facebook Inc, 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, California 94025, USA, are integrated on our pages. You can recognize the Facebook plugins by the Facebook logo or the "Like" button on our site. You can find an overview of the Facebook plugins here: developers.facebook.com.
When you visit our pages, a direct connection is established between your browser and the Facebook server via the plugin. Facebook receives the information that you have visited our site with your IP address. If you click on the Facebook "Like" button while you are logged into your Facebook account, you can link the content of our pages to your Facebook profile. This allows Facebook to associate your visit to our pages with your user account. We would like to point out that, as the provider of the pages, we have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by Facebook. Further information on this can be found in Facebook's privacy policy at de-de.facebook.com.
If you do not want Facebook to be able to associate your visit to our pages with your Facebook user account, please log out of your Facebook user account.
4.2 Our website uses the Facebook pixel of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland). With the help of the Facebook pixel, the behavior of site visitors can be tracked after they have been redirected to our website by clicking on a Facebook ad. This enables us to measure the effectiveness of Facebook ads and to optimize our advertising measures for Facebook.
The data collected is anonymous to us, i.e. we do not see any personal data of individual users. However, the data is stored and processed by Facebook so that a connection to the respective user profile is possible and Facebook can use the data for its own advertising purposes in accordance with its data policy (https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/). This allows Facebook to place ads on Facebook and outside of Facebook. This processing may also take place in the USA.
The Facebook pixel is used on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You can revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future.

(6) This website uses the services of MailChimp to send newsletters. The provider is Rocket Science Group LLC, 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA. MailChimp is a service with which, among other things, the sending of newsletters can be organized and analyzed. If you enter data for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter (e.g. e-mail address), this data is stored on MailChimp's servers in the USA.
MailChimp is certified in accordance with the “EU-US Privacy Shield”. The “Privacy Shield” is an agreement between the European Union (EU) and the USA, which is intended to ensure compliance with European data protection standards in the USA.
With the help of MailChimp, we can analyze our newsletter campaigns. When you open an email sent with MailChimp, a file contained in the email (known as a web beacon) connects to MailChimp's servers in the USA. This makes it possible to determine whether a newsletter message has been opened and which links, if any, have been clicked on. Technical information is also collected (e.g. time of access, IP address, browser type and operating system). This information cannot be assigned to the respective newsletter recipient. It is used exclusively for the statistical analysis of newsletter campaigns. The results of these analyses can be used to better adapt future newsletters to the interests of the recipients.
If you do not wish to be analyzed by MailChimp, you must unsubscribe from the newsletter. We provide a link for this purpose in every newsletter message. You can also unsubscribe from the newsletter directly on the website.
The data processing takes place on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time by unsubscribing from the newsletter. The legality of the data processing operations already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation.
The data you have provided to us for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and deleted from our servers as well as from the servers of MailChimp after you unsubscribe from the newsletter. Data stored by us for other purposes (e.g. e-mail addresses for the member area) remain unaffected by this.
For more information, please refer to MailChimp's privacy policy at: https://mailchimp.com/legal/terms/.

In addition, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in an efficient and simple appointment arrangement in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
Data transfer to the USA: Calendly stores your data in the USA. In order to ensure adequate data protection, we have concluded a contract with Calendly with the standard contractual clauses of the EU, which secure the transfer of personal data to third countries in accordance with Art. 46 para. 2 lit. c GDPR.
You can find more information on data protection at Calendly at: https://calendly.com/pages/privacy
(8) We use Google Tag Manager on our website. Google Tag Manager is a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Tag Manager facilitates the management of so-called tags that are integrated on the website, e.g. to control tracking codes for Google Analytics or other services.
The Google Tag Manager itself does not collect any personal data. It merely ensures that other tags are triggered, which in turn may collect data under certain circumstances. The Google Tag Manager does not access this data.
Google Tag Manager is used on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, as we have a legitimate interest in the technical optimization of our website and a clear and efficient use of tags.
Data transfer to the USA: Data may be transferred to the USA through the use of Google services. Google uses standard contractual clauses in accordance with Art. 46 GDPR to ensure the protection of personal data.

g) Data protection provisions about the application and use of Google Analytics (with anonymization function)
The controller has integrated the Google Analytics component (with anonymization function) on this website. Google Analytics is a web analysis service. Web analysis is the collection, gathering and evaluation of data about the behavior of visitors to websites. Among other things, a web analysis service collects data about the website from which a data subject came to a website (so-called referrer), which subpages of the website were accessed or how often and for how long a subpage was viewed. Web analysis is mainly used to optimize a website and for the cost-benefit analysis of Internet advertising.
The operating company of the Google Analytics component is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland.
The data controller uses the addition “_gat._anonymizeIp” for web analysis via Google Analytics. By means of this addition, the IP address of the Internet connection of the person concerned is shortened and anonymized by Google if access to our Internet pages is from a member state of the European Union or from another state party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.
The purpose of the Google Analytics component is to analyze the flow of visitors to our website. Google uses the data and information obtained, among other things, to evaluate the use of our website, to compile online reports for us that show the activities on our website, and to provide other services related to the use of our website.
Google Analytics places a cookie on the data subject's IT system. What cookies are has already been explained above. By setting the cookie, Google is enabled to analyze the use of our website. Each time one of the individual pages of this website is accessed, which is operated by the data controller and on which a Google Analytics component has been integrated, the Internet browser on the information technology system of the data subject is automatically prompted by the respective Google Analytics component to transmit data to Google for the purpose of online analysis. During the course of this technical procedure, Google gains knowledge of personal information, such as the IP address of the data subject, which serves Google, inter alia, to understand the origin of visitors and clicks, and subsequently create commission settlements.
The cookie is used to store personal information, such as the access time, the location from which access was made and the frequency of visits to our website by the data subject. Each time our website is visited, this personal data, including the IP address of the Internet connection used by the data subject, is transmitted to Google in the United States of America. This personal data is stored by Google in the United States of America. Google may share this personal data collected through the technical process with third parties.
The data subject may, as stated above, prevent the setting of cookies through our website at any time by means of a corresponding adjustment of the web browser used and thus permanently deny the setting of cookies. Such a setting of the Internet browser used would also prevent Google from placing a cookie on the data subject's IT system. In addition, a cookie already set by Google Analytics can be deleted at any time via the Internet browser or other software programs.
Furthermore, the data subject has the option of objecting to and preventing the collection of data generated by Google Analytics relating to the use of this website and the processing of this data by Google. To do this, the data subject must download and install a browser add-on from the link https://tools.google.com. This browser add-on informs Google Analytics via JavaScript that no data and information about visits to websites may be transmitted to Google Analytics. The installation of the browser add-on is considered an objection by Google. If the data subject's IT system is deleted, formatted or reinstalled at a later date, the data subject must reinstall the browser add-on in order to deactivate Google Analytics. If the browser add-on is uninstalled or deactivated by the data subject or another person who is attributable to their sphere of control, it is possible to reinstall or reactivate the browser add-on.
If you visit our site via a mobile device (smartphones, tablets, etc.), you must click this link instead (status: opt-out cookie is set) to prevent tracking by Google Analytics within this website in the future. This is also possible as an alternative to the above browser add-on. By clicking
If you visit our site via a mobile device (smartphones, tablets, etc.), you must click this link instead (status: opt-out cookie is set) to prevent tracking by Google Analytics within this website in the future. This is also possible as an alternative to the above browser add-on. By clicking on the link, an opt-out cookie is set in your browser that is only valid for this browser and this domain. If you delete the cookies in this browser, the opt-out cookie will also be deleted, so you will have to click the link again.
Further information and the applicable data protection provisions of Google may be retrieved under https://www.google.de/ and under http://www.google.com/. Google Analytics is explained in more detail at this link https://www.google.com.
§ 4 Objection or revocation against the processing of your data
(1) If you have given your consent to the processing of your data, you can withdraw it at any time. Such a revocation affects the permissibility of the processing of your personal data after you have given it to us. The legality of the data processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
(2) Insofar as we base the processing of your personal data on the balancing of interests, you can object to the processing. This is the case if, in particular, the processing is not necessary for the performance of a contract with you, which is described by us in the following description of the functions. When exercising such an objection, we ask you to explain the reasons why we should not process your personal data as we have done. In the event of your justified objection, we will examine the situation and will either discontinue or adapt the data processing or show you our compelling reasons worthy of protection on the basis of which we will continue the processing.
(3) You can, of course, object to the processing of your personal data for advertising and data analysis purposes at any time. You can inform us of your objection to advertising using the following contact details: k@coachk-coaching.de or by post to
