Who is the coaching aimed at?

My coaching is aimed at you - ambitious hybrid athletes who are not involved in sport at a professional level, but are nevertheless extremely active and have an entrepreneurial background or are pursuing ambitions in this direction (e.g. intrapreneurs or managers). Online coaching enables you to receive support from any location. So it doesn't matter whether you live in Stuttgart, Heilbronn or Mannheim.

You have recognized the connection between sporting success, healthy eating, personal ambition, professional and personal success and financial independence. You know how difficult it is to combine a busy job with an active and healthy lifestyle. You strive to achieve perfection in all areas of your life and are prepared to work hard to achieve your goals.

My coaching offers you the support and strategies to bring sport, physical fitness, nutrition and personal and financial success into harmony and thus optimize your work-life.

It doesn't matter what sporting, professional, personal or financial goal you are pursuing. Be it a beach figure, preparation for a specific competition, general improvement of your fitness and health or optimization of your professional and financial situation. Coaching Offers

Offer 1: All-in-One Package

(Minimum commitment: 3 months, cancellable at any time thereafter)

Detailed initial consultation:

We start with an initial meeting of around 60 minutes to understand your goals, needs and current challenges. This introductory meeting is completely free of charge and without any obligations, apart from showing up at the agreed time. It usually takes place via Zoom. We will discuss what you have done so far, what your goals and expectations are. You can book the initial meeting directly and easily here.

 

Feedback meetings:

Feedback meetings take place every 14 days. These will also take place via Zoom and will sometimes take more than 60 minutes.

 

Ongoing support:

If you have any questions during your training or about other aspects, I am available to you via WhatsApp and telephone.

Professional development:

Together we will develop strategies to achieve your professional goals, including improving your work-life balance.

 

14-day fitness and nutrition plan with personal challenges:

You will receive a customized plan based on your specific goals, sports and nutritional needs. In addition, there are financial challenges and personal tasks to help you progress in your work-life. The aspects of your work-life in particular will be given a lot of space in our further discussions.

 

Financial planning:

I will support you in creating budgets, savings strategies and financial planning, especially in the area of shares and ETF investments. You always take control and make decisions, while I guide you seriously and step by step to achieve your financial goals, especially those relating to retirement provision. Please note that I do not offer specific investment advice.

Offer 2: Lactate Threshold Test (performance diagnostics)

I carry out performance diagnostics with a professional lactate level test. Please note that I do not provide medical advice.

The price includes the journey within a radius of 50 km around Schwaebisch Hall,Germany as well as the performance of the lactate level test and the analysis of the results. The test ideally takes place on a 400 m track.

I am happy to recommend the running track in 74405 Gaildorf near Schwaebisch Hall for carrying out the lactate level test. 

Offer 3: Individual requests, on-site coaching and fee-based consulting

For special requests, I offer individual consultations, on-site coaching and fee-based services that are perfectly tailored to your needs. This option can be booked independently of the monthly flat rate and includes

On-site personal training sessions:
e.g. running track tests, swim training, technique optimization or individual training sessions - directly and in person, not online.
 
Company coaching sessions and events:
Workshops, health days, motivational training sessions or sporting team events that focus on physical fitness and personal development.
 
Lectures and keynotes:
Inspiration and knowledge for teams, companies or events on the topics of motivation, athletic performance, work-life integration and mental strength.
 
Special events and challenges:
Whether you are preparing for a company run, a team event or a personal challenge - I will support you or your team with a tailor-made approach.
 

We will agree the exact framework conditions - such as location, scope and remuneration - individually to ensure that the coaching meets your or your team's goals.

2019 begann ich mit CrossFit und lernte CoachK zunächst als Teilnehmer im Gruppentraining kennen. Durch seine Motivation habe ich mich 2023 erstmals einem Halbmarathon gestellt – etwas, das ich mir zuvor nicht zugetraut hätte. Begeistert vom Erfolg, folgte im nächsten Jahr die Vorbereitung auf einen Ironman. Konstantins unerschütterlicher Glaube an meine Fähigkeiten und seine Unterstützung haben mir geholfen, dieses große Ziel zu erreichen. Seine Worte „Solltest du das nicht schaffen, begleite ich dich so lange, bis du es tust“ gaben mir das nötige Vertrauen. Am Ende stand ich mit einer Finisher-Zeit von 13 Stunden im Ziel.

Was CoachK auszeichnet, ist nicht nur sein Wissen, sondern seine Fähigkeit, individuell auf jeden einzugehen – mit Humor, Empathie und Leidenschaft. Sein Training funktioniert, ist alltagstauglich und macht einfach Spaß – besonders für mich als Familienvater mit drei kleinen Kindern.

I have been interested in physical fitness, health, and well-being for years. For a long time, I trained on my own and struggled to achieve the goals I had set for myself. I often experienced pain, and my motivation to train kept waning. When I met Coach K, we hit it off right away.  I could immediately identify with his open manner and positive attitude to life, and we trained together during the coronavirus lockdowns and contact restrictions. This allowed me to enjoy intensive support, and his encouragement and pushing drove me to my limits. Under his guidance and motivation, I was able to expand my skill set and learn double unders, for example. My technique in Olympic weightlifting has also improved significantly. As an ambitious amateur athlete, I was thrilled to see my strength values in powerlifting steadily improve, despite my advanced age of over 35. At the same time, my body fat percentage decreased and I feel as fit as I did in my twenties. As a major project, I wanted to complete a marathon on my 40th birthday in addition to my strength training. Since I have struggled with knee pain my entire life and don't enjoy running, this was a real challenge for me. Thanks to the customized strength training plan, I was able to complete the eight-month running preparation without injury or pain, maintain my strength levels, and actually finish a marathon one week after my 40th birthday. I am very proud of this achievement and very grateful to Coach K. 
His positive attitude inspires me again and again, and I have been physically active several times a week for years.

Despite the early hour, he always manages to spread good cheer and provide great motivation. Hi, I'm Konstantin Strassel,
Coach K,

I support you in the areas of fitness, nutrition, work-life and finance. I was born in Stuttgart in 1993, completed a commercial apprenticeship, studied Communications Management (BAW) and obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration. My passion is aimed at like-minded people and similarly crazy people like myself - extreme athletes who dedicate their lives to sport without earning a living from it, and who at the same time want to advance professionally or develop themselves further.

I understand the challenges of balancing a time-consuming job with an active lifestyle. I recently successfully completed my first full Ironman in Frankfurt (long distance) after an intense preparation period combining up to 20-hour training weeks with 50-60 hour work weeks. In addition, I have already practiced several sports intensively, including martial arts (Ju-Jutsu), CrossFit, Hyrox, bodybuilding and triathlon. This experience helps me to support you effectively on your path.

Apps and Devices

In my location-independent online coaching, the use of specific apps, systems, trackers and devices is not absolutely necessary, but it is an advantage. What is important: I am open to all common apps, systems, trackers and devices and am already familiar with most of them. If I am not yet familiar with a particular app, I am open and willing to familiarize myself with it to ensure that we can achieve the best possible support and results for you.

In some cases, I will also recommend an app or two during the coaching session if you are not already using it to increase the results and professionalism. However, you must be aware that there may be additional costs involved.

My coaching stands out because of its exclusivity and personal dedication. I only take on a limited number of clients, as I do coaching out of passion and not out of financial necessity. This allows me to give each client the individual attention and support they deserve.

Since I don't see coaching as my main source of income, I take the liberty of making the introductory process relaxed and non-binding. I don't pressure anyone into making a decision, but focus on whether we are a good fit and whether I can really help you.

My passion for fitness, professional development, and financial planning flows into every collaboration. Although it is a hobby for me, I take the collaboration very seriously and am always committed to helping you succeed.

The coaching is suitable for ambitious hybrid athletes who train intensively and have a business background or are striving to achieve one. It is aimed at people who have recognized the connection between athletic success, professional and personal success, and financial independence, and who are willing to work hard to achieve their goals in fitness, nutrition, and career.

Yes, the coaching is 100% tailored to you. Every training and nutrition plan is specially adapted to your needs, goals, and current fitness level—regardless of whether you are just starting out or have already competed in your first competitions. In addition, you work directly with me. I personally accompany you through every phase of the coaching, from feedback discussions to ongoing support via WhatsApp and telephone. Your progress is my focus!

Our collaboration begins with a detailed, free initial consultation via Zoom, during which we discuss your previous experiences, goals, and current challenges. Based on this, we work together to develop your customized training and nutrition plan, which is available via the TrainingPeaks platform and can be downloaded directly to your smartwatch.

Every 14 days, we will have a feedback meeting in which we will discuss the coming weeks in detail and adapt the plan to any special circumstances in your work-life balance. If you have any questions during training, I am available via WhatsApp and telephone. Depending on the scope of the coaching, financial planning and career development strategies will also be discussed. This ensures that your training and all other areas of your life are optimally coordinated and that you make continuous progress.

Feedback takes place in approximately 14-day intervals via telephone or Zoom. These feedback sessions serve to discuss your progress, make adjustments, and ensure that you are on the right track. If you have any urgent questions, I am also available between feedback sessions via WhatsApp and telephone.

No, there is no communication limit. I usually respond quickly, within 24 hours during the week at the latest. On weekends, it may take a little longer.

Coaching costs €199 per month, with a minimum term of three months. A minimum term of three months is required because real progress and lasting change usually take time. It is more likely to achieve significant success during this period than in just four weeks. After the first three months, you can cancel at any time at the end of the current month. 

In rare cases, I also offer individual consultations and fee-based advice. For this, I offer customized consultations and fees. Please note that I do not provide investment advice.

After the minimum term of 3 months, you can cancel the coaching at any time with one month's notice to the end of the month. There are no long-term commitments, so you remain flexible and can end the coaching when you feel it is right for you.

No problem! My coaching is flexible and customizable. If your focus is exclusively on athletic training, I will create customized training plans that are perfectly tailored to your goals and performance level. This way, you get exactly the support you need—without any obligations in other areas.

Please note: Even though the coaching is customized, the monthly fee remains the same. This allows me to guarantee that you receive the same high-quality support and assistance.

Yes, I also offer personal training sessions on site upon request. However right now only in Germany. This option falls under my fee-based consulting services, is agreed upon separately, and can be booked independently of the monthly flat rate. We will coordinate the exact conditions—such as location, scope, and remuneration—individually to ensure that the training is perfectly tailored to your goals.

Personal training sessions are usually booked occasionally as an add-on to monthly support. They are ideal for specific requirements such as optimizing exercise execution, running tests, or swimming training. These sessions can help you work specifically on your techniques and performance and offer additional value to continuous online support.

For most of my clients, however, coaching is location-independent and takes place online, offering maximum flexibility. If you would like on-site support, we will work together to find a suitable solution—tailored to your individual needs.

The number of coaching spots available is deliberately limited to ensure that I can offer each client the individual attention and support they deserve. By limiting the number of coaching spots, I can guarantee that each person receives personalized support and that I have sufficient time to address specific needs and challenges. My goal is to deliver high quality and sustainable results, which is only possible with a limited number of coaching spots.
