Coach K

Smooth performance for people in positions of responsibility.
This program is designed for high-achieving entrepreneurs, self-employed professionals, and executives who take training seriously, are deeply committed to their careers, and need structure rather than personal guidance.
Attitude
Performance isn’t driven by pressure or motivation, but by systems.
Discipline without clarity leads to burnout.
More is rarely better—less, but done right, wins out.
I work calmly, precisely, and with a long-term perspective.
No hustle. No push. No noise.
Experience & Context
I combine personal entrepreneurial responsibility with ambitious endurance and strength training. My work is grounded in years of experience in performance-oriented training across various disciplines, as well as in effectively balancing work and sports.
These systems are not theoretical—they were developed and tested under real-world conditions.
Personal Coaching
Who is this coaching intended for?
I work with high-achieving individuals who hold professional responsibilities and take their training seriously.
Typical participants include entrepreneurs, self-employed professionals, executives, and intrapreneurs who train with ambition but do not require a personal trainer.
The coaching is conducted entirely online and is location-independent. What matters is not where you live, but your mindset.

You know
-
that performance requires systems
-
that discipline without structure comes to nothing
-
that physical strength, mental clarity, and professional performance are interconnected
Application for a partnership

Apps and Devices
Coach K takes a systemic approach.
The tools used are means to an end, not the focus of the collaboration.
The coaching is conducted entirely online and is not tied to specific apps or devices. Existing setups are integrated where appropriate. If needed, I recommend specific tools that improve structure, transparency, or workload management.
The decision to use additional apps or devices is up to the client.
Any potential costs are disclosed transparently in advance.
Typical tools used (depending on the context):
Athlytic, TrainingPeaks, Garmin Connect, Apple Health, Strava, AutoSleep, Wahoo, and others.
FAQ
I work with a deliberately limited number of clients to ensure clarity and balance in the system.
This collaboration is not a traditional coaching model.
It’s not about motivation, support, or constant availability, but rather about structure, self-management, and long-term sustainability.
The introductory process serves as a mutual evaluation.
Not everyone is a good fit—and I mean that literally. The key is whether our working styles, attitudes, and expectations align.
Coach K is not a side project or a mass-market service.
Our collaboration is focused, calm, and consistently designed to deliver results.
Yes. The collaboration is personalized, but not arbitrary.
I work according to clear principles and adapt the structure to your goals, daily routine, and workload—not the other way around.
You work directly with me.
Communication is deliberately focused and takes place in defined formats. It’s not about constant availability, but about clear guidance, reflection, and implementation.
The responsibility for progress remains with the client.
My role is to create structure, reduce complexity, and prepare decisions thoroughly.
The collaboration begins with a structured initial consultation designed to clarify expectations on both sides. We analyze your training history, current activity levels, goals, and daily work routine. Based on this, we determine whether working together is a good fit.
The training and performance structure is individually tailored to your goals, daily routine, and workload. Implementation takes place via a central platform for management and evaluation. Tools and devices are means to an end, not the core of the work.
Structured reflection and progress meetings take place at regular intervals. These are not about motivation, but about adaptation, prioritization, and clarity. Changes in your daily routine are taken into account without diluting the system.
Communication is deliberately focused. There are clear formats for feedback and correction. The responsibility for implementation lies with the client—my role is to maintain the framework, reduce complexity, and establish accountability.
The monthly fee is €199.
The partnership is designed to last at least three months.
This timeframe was chosen deliberately.
Structure, adaptation, and results don’t happen overnight; they come from consistent implementation over time.
After the first three months, the partnership can be terminated on a monthly basis.
This program is designed for performance-oriented individuals who take training seriously and either hold professional responsibilities or are working toward them.
Typical participants include entrepreneurs, self-employed professionals, or executives who train with ambition and need structure—not motivation.
A prerequisite is the willingness to take responsibility for implementation and to work within a clear, structured system.
The collaboration is not designed for quick results, but for sustainable performance under real-life conditions.
I work with a deliberately limited number of clients to keep the framework of our collaboration clear and sustainable.
This work requires calm, presence, and clear guidance.
Limited capacity is not a marketing tool, but rather part of my approach.
Quality comes from a clear structure—not from working with large numbers of people.
