Coach K

Smooth performance for people in positions of responsibility.

This program is designed for high-achieving entrepreneurs, self-employed professionals, and executives who take training seriously, are deeply committed to their careers, and need structure rather than personal guidance.

Attitude

Performance isn’t driven by pressure or motivation, but by systems.
Discipline without clarity leads to burnout.
More is rarely better—less, but done right, wins out.

I work calmly, precisely, and with a long-term perspective.
No hustle. No push. No noise.

Experience & Context

I combine personal entrepreneurial responsibility with ambitious endurance and strength training. My work is grounded in years of experience in performance-oriented training across various disciplines, as well as in effectively balancing work and sports.

These systems are not theoretical—they were developed and tested under real-world conditions.

Personal Coaching

Who is this coaching intended for?

I work with high-achieving individuals who hold professional responsibilities and take their training seriously.
Typical participants include entrepreneurs, self-employed professionals, executives, and intrapreneurs who train with ambition but do not require a personal trainer.

The coaching is conducted entirely online and is location-independent. What matters is not where you live, but your mindset.

You know

  • that performance requires systems

  • that discipline without structure comes to nothing

  • that physical strength, mental clarity, and professional performance are interconnected

Success stories
from previous participants

In Konstantin, I have not only found a coach but also a wonderful person. He is always available, whether by phone or WhatsApp, and responds to every question or last-minute request regarding the training plan. Among other things, he has helped me to pay more attention to my fat intake and to greatly improve my VO2 max and my overall performance in the gym. Konstantin has also always been there for me when it comes to my finances. You can talk to him about anything, no matter what the topic. I am overjoyed to have such a good coach by my side.

I have been interested in physical fitness, health, and well-being for years. For a long time, I trained on my own and struggled to achieve the goals I had set for myself. I often experienced pain, and my motivation to train kept waning. When I met Coach K, we hit it off right away.  I could immediately identify with his open manner and positive attitude to life, and we trained together during the coronavirus lockdowns and contact restrictions. This allowed me to enjoy intensive support, and his encouragement and pushing drove me to my limits. Under his guidance and motivation, I was able to expand my skill set and learn double unders, for example. My technique in Olympic weightlifting has also improved significantly. As an ambitious amateur athlete, I was thrilled to see my strength values in powerlifting steadily improve, despite my advanced age of over 35. At the same time, my body fat percentage decreased and I feel as fit as I did in my twenties. As a major project, I wanted to complete a marathon on my 40th birthday in addition to my strength training. Since I have struggled with knee pain my entire life and don't enjoy running, this was a real challenge for me. Thanks to the customized strength training plan, I was able to complete the eight-month running preparation without injury or pain, maintain my strength levels, and actually finish a marathon one week after my 40th birthday. I am very proud of this achievement and very grateful to Coach K.
His positive attitude inspires me again and again, and I have been physically active several times a week for years.

I weigh 104 kilograms and my goal is to successfully complete the middle distance. I have already completed several sprint distances, and my training up to now has been unstructured and overwhelming. Thanks to the training plan tailored to my individual needs, I can achieve my clearly defined goals week after week and look back with pride on what I have achieved. Konstantin has taken my training to the next level, and I can only recommend it to everyone.

“Coach K has taken my training to the next level.”

I have been training regularly for many years—despite high professional demands in management and frequent travel. But it was only through working with Konstantin 2025 that my training gained the structure and systematic approach necessary to achieve truly measurable progress.

His approach is well thought out, efficient, and precisely tailored to my time constraints and physical condition. It's not a rigid plan, but an intelligent system that responds flexibly to stress and everyday life – without losing any of its effectiveness.

When I compare my performance data from 2018 and 2025, I see clear progress, especially in VO₂max, running economy, and overall resilience. I now train more specifically, recover better, and get more out of every session - even with a full schedule.

I started CrossFit in 2019 and first got to know CoachK as a participant in group training. Since 2021, I have been training in a morning group led by him, which has since developed into a strong community. His training methods are creative, challenging, and combine strength training with strength endurance—always with the goal of promoting and challenging us individually.

Thanks to his motivation, I ran my first half marathon in 2023 – something I would never have believed myself capable of before. Inspired by my success, I started preparing for an Ironman the following year. Konstantin's unwavering belief in my abilities and his support helped me achieve this major goal. His words, “If you don't make it, I'll accompany you until you do,” gave me the confidence I needed. In the end, I crossed the finish line with a time of 13 hours.

What sets CoachK apart is not only his knowledge, but his ability to respond to each individual with humor, empathy, and passion. His training works, is suitable for everyday use, and is simply fun—especially for me as a family man with three small children.

Outside of sports, I am impressed by Konstantin's structure, discipline, and his ability to accomplish an incredible amount in a single day. At the same time, he pays attention to his mental health and cultivates close, meaningful relationships. As a friend, coach, and motivator, he is an absolute asset to me.

In short: top friend, top coach – 5 stars, I'd gladly do it again!

In December 2021, I started my first CrossFit sessions in Konstantin's 6AM group, which I can only say positive things about—a great group and a fantastic coach! Despite the early hour, he always manages to spread good cheer and provide great motivation. During every workout, he challenges you to push beyond your limits and develop skills you never knew you had.

What sets Konstantin apart is his ability to respond to each person individually. Even when I had to switch to shift work due to a move and a job change, we always found a suitable solution for my training together. Even during periods when I didn't do CrossFit for a while, he was always there to support me and help me get back in shape - Konstantin always has a helpful answer. His support and motivation are simply unbeatable!

FAQ

I work with a deliberately limited number of clients to ensure clarity and balance in the system.

This collaboration is not a traditional coaching model.
It’s not about motivation, support, or constant availability, but rather about structure, self-management, and long-term sustainability.

The introductory process serves as a mutual evaluation.
Not everyone is a good fit—and I mean that literally. The key is whether our working styles, attitudes, and expectations align.

Coach K is not a side project or a mass-market service.
Our collaboration is focused, calm, and consistently designed to deliver results.

Yes. The collaboration is personalized, but not arbitrary.
I work according to clear principles and adapt the structure to your goals, daily routine, and workload—not the other way around.

You work directly with me.
Communication is deliberately focused and takes place in defined formats. It’s not about constant availability, but about clear guidance, reflection, and implementation.

The responsibility for progress remains with the client.
My role is to create structure, reduce complexity, and prepare decisions thoroughly.

The collaboration begins with a structured initial consultation designed to clarify expectations on both sides. We analyze your training history, current activity levels, goals, and daily work routine. Based on this, we determine whether working together is a good fit.

The training and performance structure is individually tailored to your goals, daily routine, and workload. Implementation takes place via a central platform for management and evaluation. Tools and devices are means to an end, not the core of the work.

Structured reflection and progress meetings take place at regular intervals. These are not about motivation, but about adaptation, prioritization, and clarity. Changes in your daily routine are taken into account without diluting the system.

Communication is deliberately focused. There are clear formats for feedback and correction. The responsibility for implementation lies with the client—my role is to maintain the framework, reduce complexity, and establish accountability.

The monthly fee is €199.
The partnership is designed to last at least three months.

This timeframe was chosen deliberately.
Structure, adaptation, and results don’t happen overnight; they come from consistent implementation over time.

After the first three months, the partnership can be terminated on a monthly basis.

This program is designed for performance-oriented individuals who take training seriously and either hold professional responsibilities or are working toward them.
Typical participants include entrepreneurs, self-employed professionals, or executives who train with ambition and need structure—not motivation.

A prerequisite is the willingness to take responsibility for implementation and to work within a clear, structured system.
The collaboration is not designed for quick results, but for sustainable performance under real-life conditions.

I work with a deliberately limited number of clients to keep the framework of our collaboration clear and sustainable.
This work requires calm, presence, and clear guidance.

Limited capacity is not a marketing tool, but rather part of my approach.
Quality comes from a clear structure—not from working with large numbers of people.
