General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for Coach K Personal Coaching//KS Marketingvertrieb Effective as of: 14.01.2026

§1 Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts for services between Coach K Personal Coaching, represented by Konstantin Straßel, and the customer, unless otherwise agreed. Coach K Personal Coaching offers structured coaching services in the areas of training, performance management, regeneration, nutrition, and self-organization.

§2 Conclusion of Contract

  1. The contract is concluded after a structured introductory process and express acceptance by both parties.

§3 Scope of Services

  1. Coach K Personal Coaching provides structured coaching services in a 1:1 format. There is no entitlement to any specific success or result.
    The services include in particular:

  • Analysis of training and workload structure

  • individual training and performance planning

  • structured reflection and performance management sessions

  • Adjustment of the structure to professional and private circumstances

    The specific design is determined by the individual coaching framework.

§4 Contract Term and Termination

  1. The contract is concluded for an indefinite period, begins on the agreed start date, and has a minimum term of 3 months.
  2. After expiry of the minimum term, the contract may be terminated by either contracting party at any time with one month's notice to the end of a calendar month.
  3. The right to terminate for good cause remains unaffected.

§5 Remuneration

  1. The monthly remuneration for the coaching services is, unless otherwise agreed, EUR 199.00 per month. 
  2. The remuneration is payable monthly in advance.

§6 Liability

  1. Coach K Personal Coaching shall only be liable for damages resulting from an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty.
  2. The services are provided carefully and conscientiously. However, Coach K Personal Coaching does not know the customer's individual state of health or mental or physical resilience in detail.
  3. The customer carries out all training and performance sessions at their own responsibility. Coach K Personal Coaching assumes no liability for health-related damages arising in connection with the implementation of the coaching content, unless these are based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty.
  4. The coaching does not replace medical, therapeutic, or psychological treatment. Before commencing coaching, the customer is obliged to clarify on their own responsibility with a physician whether there are any health-related reasons preventing participation.

§7 Use of Apps and Devices

  1. Coach K Personal Coaching may recommend the use of digital tools. The selection and use are the sole responsibility of the customer.

§8 Data Protection

  1. Coach K Personal Coaching processes the customer's personal data exclusively for the fulfillment of contractual obligations.
  2. Further information on data protection can be found in the privacy policy on the Coach K Personal Coaching website.

§9 Severability Clause

  1. Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In place of the invalid provision, a valid provision shall apply that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.

§10 Applicable Law

  1. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Coach K Personal Coaching, Schwäbisch Hall.
